ZJLD Group Inc. is a leading baijiu company in China dedicated to promoting Chinese traditional baijiu culture. The Company produces and distributes premium baijiu products, including sauce-aroma, mixed-aroma, and strong-aroma variants, catering to diverse consumer preferences. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Company was the third-largest private baijiu company in China by revenue in 2023. Driven by the rising popularity of sauce-aroma baijiu and the market trends for premium products, our growth has significantly outpaced the industry average in past recorded periods. The Group primarily operates four baijiu brands in China, including two national brands, Zhenjiu (珍酒) and Lidu (李渡), as well as two regional brands, Xiangjiao (湘窖) and Kaikouxiao (開口笑). Leveraging the extensive influence built over the years, the Brand’s reputation was significantly enhanced, allowing us to develop a vast array of aromatic and premium baijiu products. While we mainly serve China’s national market, we are also actively pursuing broader international opportunities, promoting the essence of Chinese traditions, and advancing the global prominence and presence of baijiu culture.

We take great pride in our time-honored baijiu-brewing techniques, which have been meticulously passed down through generations, and we rejuvenate this old craftsmanship by integrating modern technology to innovate iconic formulas and flavors. The Zunyi region in Guizhou, China, is renowned as the ideal location for crafting the finest sauce-aroma baijiu. Our flagship product, Kweichow Zhenjiu, takes root in this locality, showcasing its exceptional texture and unique delicacies of the traditional baijiu.

On April 27, 2023, the Company successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking the largest IPO of the year. Following this milestone, we continued to excel: on September 4, 2023, we were included as a constituent stock in the Hang Seng Composite Index, one of the benchmark indexes of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and on December 15, 2023, we were further included in four indices of FTSE Global Equity Index Series by FTSE Russell.

In September 2024, it was honored with dual accolades, namely the “Outstanding Social Sustainable Awards” and “Outstanding Green Sustainable Awards” by Metro Finance’s “GBA ESG Achievement Awards 2024”. In October, ZJLD was once again awarded the ESG “AA” rating by Wind and recognized as one of the “Top 100 Companies in ESG Practices” for 2024. In November, the Company was honored with the “ESG Excellence Award” presented by the Top 100 Hong Kong Listed Companies Research Centre (“Top100HKLCRC”) and received “the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Listed Companies ESG100 Green Advancement Awards - Value Champion Award”, also conferred the Awarded the Listed Company of the Year 2024 by the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Analysts and Professional Commentators Limited. In December, the CHKLC presented the Company with the “2024 Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Award”.
