In order to realise our ESG ambition with clear planning and strong execution, we have formed a three-layer ESG governance hierarchy to implement and monitor our ESG progress. With the authority from our board, an ESG Committee is formed which is mainly responsible for steering ESG strategic direction. On the operation layer, we have established ESG Executive Committee comprises representatives from the leaders of ZJLD headquarters and three distilleries to better assist the ESG Committee in formulating detailed ESG work plans. On the execution level, specific ESG execution team such as "Safety and Health Committee" and "Food Safety Committee" originally established by each distillery are responsible for undertaking and implementing specific ESG tasks assigned.
